Flemming is an experienced leader, advisor and management consultant who is driven by a strong strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial business mindset and have a proven track record from assisting (capital)owners, boards, and management teams in international and regional listed and non-listed companies in various sectors with their strategic, managerial, and organisational development and transformation.

Flemming partners with clients in APAC, EMEA, and US.

Based on his many years of work within strategy development and implementation for international clients, he has a strong focus on, and a business-driven and holistic approach to, transformation which differentiates his way of working and makes it more impactful to clients. He works from an approach of creating maximum coherence between the owner’s objectives (equity value), the board’s contribution to the strategy, the operation’s ability to execute the strategy (triple bottom line results), and the complex multi-stakeholder ecosystem in which the company operates and navigates.

Flemming is passionate about strategy, leadership, and people, and have designed and led multiple client tailored programmes with the purpose of merging sustainability with strategy, moving from the WHY to the HOW, and building strong boards, leaders and management teams who can effectively lead and facilitate transformation processes, navigate industry top-challenges, and reshape and elevate businesses, empower diverse teams, and deliver predictable results in a volatile, uncertain, and complex environment.

In addition to working with clients, Flemming enjoys participating in panel discussions or as a keynote speaker at international conferences and events, where he shares his knowledge of best practice and trends in the areas of board work, leadership, organisational culture, DEIB, transformation and sustainability.
